REQUIREMENTS FOR CPE-CERTIFIED EDUCATIONAL SESSIONS

The INTERFACE conference tracks are certified by the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy to issue continuing professional education credits (CPEs). This accreditation allows us to offer credits on diverse topics but requires that all speakers meet the standards explained below.

PRESENTATION REQUIREMENTS

  1. All presentations must be as current and technically accurate as possible and be developed by individuals who have expertise in the subject matter, either through education or practical experience.
  2. Presentations should make clear what the presenter wants attendees to know and understand when the presentation is complete.
  3. Presentations should include active learning elements such as questions embedded in slides, interactive case studies, or a question-and-answer session at the end of the presentation.
  4. Presentations must be 50-minutes in length, including Q&A, to qualify for educational credit.
  5. Presentations should be vendor-agnostic, presenting a topic to be discussed or an issue to be addressed in a vendor-neutral way. CPE-eligible presentations cannot mention a specific product or service as the solution to an issue. No Sales Pitches.

PRESENTER EXPECTATIONS

F2F Events is committed to providing a friendly, safe and welcoming environment to all attendees of our CPE-certified conferences. As such, presenters are asked to refrain from engaging in speech or behavior that could be considered demeaning, discriminatory, harassing, or threatening, as well as comply with community standards of conduct. For more information on this, please review our Code of Conduct.
