Content Requirements & Submission Guidelines

We are pleased to welcome you as a participating Exhibitor! In our continuing effort to provide the highest quality educational conferences possible, F2F Events, Inc. invites experienced end-user IT professionals and subject matter experts to present at our events. Please review our presentation requirements and submit your session details. Each presentation is reviewed by our esteemed INTERFACE Advisory Council members.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CPE-CERTIFIED EDUCATIONAL SESSIONS

INTERFACE is certified by the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) to issue continuing professional education credits (CPEs). This accreditation allows us to offer credits on various topics but requires all speakers to meet the standards explained below.

PRESENTATION REQUIREMENTS

  1. Standard Presentations must be 50-minutes in length, including Q&A, to qualify for 1.0 CPE credit.
  2. All presentations must be as current and technically accurate as possible and be developed by individuals who have expertise in the subject matter, either through education or practical experience.
  3. Presentations should be vendor-agnostic, presenting a topic to be discussed or an issue to be addressed in a vendor-neutral way. CPE-eligible presentations cannot mention a specific product or service as the solution to an issue (No Sales Pitches).
  4. Presentation titles and descriptions (abstract, learning objectives, topic category, etc.) should make clear what the presenter wants attendees to know and understand when the presentation is complete.
  5. Presentations should include active learning elements such as questions embedded in slides, interactive case studies, or a question-and-answer session (Q&A) at the end of the presentation.

PRESENTER EXPECTATIONS

F2F Events is committed to providing a friendly, safe, and welcoming environment to all attendees of our CPE-certified conferences. As such, presenters are asked to refrain from engaging in speech or behavior that could be considered demeaning, discriminatory, harassing, or threatening, as well as comply with our community standards of conduct. For more information on this, please review our Code of Conduct.
